The second wave of corona in Valsad has now reached its climax. More than 100 cases are coming in daily for the last 15 days. Today, however, with 107 patients being discharged against 108 cases, the second wave seems to be declining.
In Valsad, the death toll of corona positive people is still being seen. Even today 9 patients have lost their lives.
The voluntary lock-down in Valsad has succeeded in preventing Corona. There has been a significant drop in urban cases due to lock-down.
A total of 3991 cases have been reported in the district so far. Out of which 2497 patients have recovered. At present 1191 patients are admitted in the hospital. And 266 people have lost their lives in Corona.
