The Tadkeshwar Mahadev temple in Valsad has a lot of attraction among the devotees. Here the Shivalinga is seen in a sleeping state. The sun shines directly on the Shivalinga, because there is no roof of the temple. Due to which this temple got the name Tadkeshwar Mahadev.
Special worship is done here on Shivratri. Along with this, a fair is also held here. People from entire South Gujarat flock in large numbers in special occasions like Maha Shivratri.
