At Saraswat International Academy and Vedaant Multipurpose School, they strongly believe, the children of today are gearing up to become adult citizens of tomorrow. The growth is parallel to the future of our country, reflected through the quality of the present education system. As educational institutions they must stimulate curiosity in the young, impressionable minds and equip them with tools to be better human beings. In order to bring out the best in their students, they had come up with an innovative concept, ACHIEVE VIRTUAL INTERSCHOOL FIESTA, organized by Vedaant Multipurpose School and Saraswat International Academy, conducted on 19th and 20th June 2021. For 19th June Chief Guest had been Mr KF Vasava, DEO of Valsad, on 20th June, DYSP Manojsinh Chavda as Chief Guest and Nirav Patel Executive Magistrate as Guest of Honor has given their presence and addressed the parents, students, teachers and judges of both schools respectively. It is said to be one of the biggest and first Interschool Virtual Events of the year 2021.They had organised 7 competitions for students, Express Yourself (Poetry/Story/Book Review), Tales & Tellers (Fancy Dress/Elocution), Little Einstein (Experiment/Model Making), Achieve’s Got Talent(Singing/Dancing/Mono Acting), Latest Masterpiece (Fabric Painting), Freeze The Seconds (Photography) and Quizzed (Quiz), 5 competition for parents Chefs @ Home (Healthy Recipe), Achieve Selfie Contest (Selfie with Family), Fresh Mix (Salad and Fruit Decoration) Lights Camera Action (Quarantine time with family) and Sweet Ingredients (Sweets Dishes) , along with a team of 108 judges, 1 month of day and night preparations, planning, organising and rehearsals by their teachers. Through this competition their emphasis was to create a learning process i.e. instrumental in shaping one’s personality and the way he/she deals with situations of life. The shift of thoughts from bookish knowledge to knowledge of life, which will bring forth a sea of change in their lives. Through this FIESTA their teachers have warmed up to the idea of education being the key to a well-rounded development instead of just a means to acquire degrees and monetary success in life. Lastly, education must facilitate the cultivation of a healthy thought process and groom out cognitive abilities. In the present competitive world, education is a basic necessity for human beings after food, clothes and shelter. Their focus on the following aspects, will definitely contribute immensely to the development of the young minds as they step into adulthood.
